WOW Recipe: “Miso” Turmeric Cumin Chicken



Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4


Ingredients:


4-6 - chicken thighs or chicken breast

1 tablespoon - olive oil

1 tablespoon - cumin

1 tablespoon - turmeric

¼ cup - coconut aminos

¼ teaspoon - granulated garlic


Directions:


Preheat oven to 400.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and grease with oil.


In a large, place olive oil, cumin, turmeric, coconut aminos and garlic. Mix with a whisk. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly with marinade.


Let marinade for 1 hour or up to 2 days.


Place in oven and cook for 30-40 minutes.
