Ingredients:
4, 6 oz pieces - Salmon
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon - Garlic oil
3 Lemons - 2 for juice and one sliced in rings
1 Tablespoon - Italian herbs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice 1 lemon into rings. Cut rings in half.
In a large baking dish, place the salmon filets, skin side down, so they are not touching (about 1/2 inch of space between them).
Season with salt, pepper, garlic oil, juice from 2 of the lemons and Italian herbs. Place lemon slices on top of the fillets. Bake for approximately 15 -20 minutes or 10 minutes per 1 inch of filet thickness.
