Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons - Dijon Mustard
1 - Lemon, juiced
½ - Avocado
1 Cup - Parsley
Salt, to taste
Pepper
1/3 Cup - Olive oil
Water to thin for desired consistency.
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Taste for salt and pepper.
