Ingredients:
1 - large avocado peeled and pitted 2 - zucchinis
1 - garlic clove, minced 1 - tomato diced 1 - lemon juiced cayenne pepper to taste sea salt and black pepper
Directions:
Place avocado, zucchinis and garlic to a blender, mix until smooth. Remove, place into a bowl, add the diced tomatoes and lemon juice. Season with cayenne, salt and pepper. Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables or Mary’s Gone Crackers gluten free crackers.
