Ingredients:
4 - portobello mushrooms
3 Teaspoons - oregano
2 Cloves - garlic, chopped
2 Tablespoons - balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon - dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons - coconut oil, warm
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment and spray with oil.
Mix oil, oregano, garlic, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard in a dish. Marinate mushrooms in the sauce for 3 minutes and then place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
